the dunce was once the top henchman to the worlds greatest super villain, the teacher. When the teacher mysteriously disappeared the dunce took it upon himself to take over his masters work. Over time the Dunce became one of the smartest people in the world, either through proper education or more diabolical means, no body truly knows how. He renamed himself D and has been the top dog in organised crime for decades since.
